1. What saying do you want on your custom color-changing mug?
2. Preferred fonts.  If desired, you can make font selections here. Otherwise simply provide details like your preference for a print or script font, mixed fonts, artsy, fancy, bold etc.  and the general feel you are going for (eg. elegant, goofy, whimsical, graphic)
3. Do you have a graphic or photo you want included?  Let me know! You can submit them in an email to sassy@impropermug.com.
4. Be looking for a mock up of your item within 24 hours for approval. You will have 24 hours to request revisions otherwise it will go to print as designed. 
5. Your item will be printed up within 1-4 business days  (please allow additional time during holidays and weekends)

Customizations require your approval prior to printing. Please be looking for a proof of your mug to be sent for approval within 24-48 hours after you place your order. The time frame for getting your proof varies on the level of work in line!
